Hygiene and Product Integrity

In line with our unwavering commitment to hygiene and customer safety, returns for cosmetics or makeup products cannot be processed. Products that have been unsealed, damaged in their original packaging, or used in any way are ineligible for return. This includes makeup items applied to the face, lips, or other areas (e.g., lipsticks, lip liners, lip gloss, eye shadows, foundation, eyeliners, mascara, etc.). Non-returnable makeup items, such as tools, storage, or accessories, will undergo a thorough inspection, and any found to be damaged or used will be disposed of without refund.

Payment Method Specifics

In the event of a return, the refund will be processed after considering any coupons or discounts applied during the order placement, resulting in a refund of the final total amount paid at the time of the order.

Please note that courier charges for returns will be applicable under the following conditions:

If the product received deviates from the described or showcased image.
If the product arrives with natural damage at the time of delivery.
In cases where a return is requested due to a change of preference or size, customers are responsible for covering the courier's return charges upon product receipt.

All discount offers or coupons will be deducted from the total order amount, whether the order is accepted or returned. Refundable amounts will be calculated based on the order's amount paid, with each item assessed separately.

Important Notice

Customers initiating returns will incur a fee ranging from AED 10 to AED 20 for each pickup, deducted from their Login Wallet Account. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Items purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for returns; only items not included in the promotion will be considered for return. Customers dissatisfied with a product, its quality, or those experiencing a change of heart regarding their order are responsible for covering both return and initial delivery shipping charges. Refunds will reflect the discounted price after applying promotional coupon codes, credited to the SNS Wallet Account.

Damaged Item, Incorrect Item, or Missing Items in Your Order:
Customers encountering an incorrect, damaged, or missing item should contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. A courier will collect the damaged or incorrect item, and upon inspection, a refund will be initiated to the SNS Wallet Account.

Products/Orders That Cannot Be Returned:
Orders lacking packaging will not be accepted for return. Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, beachwear, and makeup items are non-returnable due to hygienic concerns. Used, reconditioned, or items with broken or missing tags, as well as soiled products, are ineligible for return.
