SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Guidelines:

1. Delivery Coverage: We offer delivery services across all regions within the UAE, including both urban and remote locations. Please be aware that deliveries to remote areas may involve extended delivery times and additional charges.

2. Delivery Timeframe: Our commitment is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the point the order is collected from our warehouse by the designated courier company.

3. Courier Collection: Daily pickups by the courier company from our warehouse take place at 5 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for pickup the following day by 5 p.m.

4. Remote Area Deliveries: Deliveries to remote areas may extend beyond the standard 24-hour timeframe due to the courier company's network logistics and the challenges of reaching these outlying regions. Additionally, remote areas may be subject to higher delivery charges.

5. Delivery Fees: Our standard delivery charge is 15 AED for orders below 100 AED. Orders exceeding 99 AED qualify for complimentary delivery, excluding remote areas.

Payment Guidelines:

6. Online Card Payments: Secure online card payments are accepted on our website, providing customers the convenience of using credit or debit cards for a seamless payment process.

7. Cash on Delivery: As an alternative payment method, we offer the choice of cash on delivery, allowing customers to pay in cash at the time of order delivery.

8. COD Fees: Cash on delivery orders are subject to a 5 AED fee, in addition to the total order amount.

9. Online Payment Discount: Orders placed with online payment via card may qualify for an additional 2.5% discount if the order total exceeds 150 AED. Please note that this discount is not applicable to cash on delivery orders.

Right to Refuse:

10. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order in circumstances such as suspected fraudulent activity, inability to fulfill the order, or violation of our terms and conditions.

11. Refusal Process: In the event of order refusal or cancellation, we will make every effort to promptly notify the customer and initiate a refund if applicable.
