4. Cancellation Policies: SHOP N SAVE customers have the prerogative to cancel orders before courier handover. For cancellations post-handover, our customer care team is available for assistance. Full refunds for canceled orders will be issued, with processing times ranging from 3 to 30 working days, contingent on the payment method and issuing bank policy.

5. Multiple Product Orders: Efforts will be made to ship all items within a multiple-product order simultaneously. Unavailable items at the time of shipping will be canceled, with prior notification. Full card payments will be refunded upon product delivery.

6. Payment Methods: Accepted online payment methods include Visa, PayPal, and MasterCard (debit/credit card), with cash on delivery available for the entire United Arab Emirates. All transactions are conducted in AED currency. Payment disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Delivery/Shipping Policies: In collaboration with third-party courier services, we facilitate deliveries within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery locations are restricted to local boundaries. Identity verification is not mandatory upon delivery; however, customers are urged to provide accurate address details. 8. Returns: Customers dissatisfied with our products may initiate returns within 7 days of delivery. Sale and promotional items are non-refundable, and delivery charges are non-reversible.
